Specifications include, but are not limited to: • This is an upgrade of the components of the video security system and addition of an access control system. • Work shall include but not be limited to: o Install cabling, security cameras, network switches and servers/storage to support the new and existing cameras plus the growth factor. See specs and drawings. o Replace existing camera monitoring PC’s and provide new PC’s as noted on the drawings and specifications. • Install conference room upgrades including upgrades of LCD displays, Upgrade AV in Wardens Conference room • Upgrade LCD Displays for Monitoring PC’s as shown on the drawings • For new cameras, provide costs to include license software thru July 31, 2029. o New cameras are cameras above and beyond the existing quantity of cameras. Existing cameras and cameras to be replaced already have licensing thru July 31, 2029 • For new monitoring PC’s, provide costs to include license software thru July 31, 2029. o New monitoring PC’s are PC’s above and beyond the existing quantity of PC’s. Existing PC’s and PC’s to be replaced already have licensing thru July 31, 2029 • Fully load the latest Genetec software on the servers and PC’s and upgrade all new and existing camera software to the latest firmware that is compatible with the Genetec software. • Provide full documentation and as-builts of network connectivity and camera locations and camera numbers on red-lined PDF documents.
