Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Provide all necessary expertise, equipment, materials, supervision, labor and incidentals required to prepare the Structure to be relocated from 280 Washington Street, Westwood, MA and place it on a new foundation to be located across Washington Street, no later than 30 days from the date of bid acceptance. 3.2 See Islington Development Plan for reference, site locus, and existing and final building specific relocation site for Structure, Attachments I & J. 3.3 Prepare the structure by means of demolition and removal of the existing chimney, the front concrete porch, the rear concrete porch, and disconnecting utility connections including water and sewer lines. Disconnect the Structure from the existing foundation, including utilities, anchor bolts and any other hardware attaching the structure to the foundation, and remove any attached decks/stoops that affect the installation of necessary temporary, and temporary-to-permanent, structural members. Detail and scope of the demolition work (including abatement of asbestos containing materials) is provided in plans and specifications provided by the Architect of Record, McKay Architects of Dedham, Massachusetts.
