Type of Space: Office and Warehouse Type of Agreement: Commonwealth Office Lease (Attachment C-2) Term: 10 Years Desired Date of Occupancy: June 1, 2021 Estimated Demand for Public Parking: approximately 30 spaces as close as possible to the proposed Building, and 2 spaces of Accessible Parking located as close as possible to an accessible entrance to the proposed Building (as defined in § A-4.6 and § A-4.7).
