The activities for which the Statewide Campaign Manager is responsible include but are not limited to: Develop a multi-channel campaign via both print and electronic communication to include campaign promotional materials, e-mail, web presence, and social media; B. Provide a secure website through which employees may make campaign pledges via payroll deduction or through on-line credit card transactions (Site would need to comply with the Commonwealth’s Enterprise Information Technology Policies, Standards and Procedures), and ensure website provides an engaging digital experience for all employees; C. Develop a pledge form, both paper and electronic, print and distribute said form in a timely manner and provide full channel reporting on the campaign. The pledge form must be approved, both as to matters of form and content, by the Chief Human Resources Officer or his/her designee in advance of publication and distribution; D. Develop effective campaign marketing materials to aid in the conduct of the campaign. Establish and publish an overall campaign timetable and program;
