Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services will include, but not be limited to, ensure income certifications for new move-ins and re-certs are done accurately and timely; deliver tax credits consistent with the amounts and timing that CHA has committed to investors. Firm may be required to provide to tax credits for the HOME properties; rapid lease-up as possible to maximize tax credit and operating subsidy benefits; avoid errors in calculating tax credit eligibility and setting rents; coordinate multiple leasing and occupancy requirements including tax credit, Public Housing, and Section 8 eligibility and rent rules as well the requirements in the Relocation Agreements and the CHA’s own policies such as waiting list procedures; and build CHA’s capacity to successfully lease future tax credit projects and maintain tax credit compliance at existing projects
