Disposition, by Concession Agreement, and the operation of the Airport terminal commercial restaurant consisting of approximately: 1,600 square feet(SF) of kitchen and seating space located in the terminal of the Martha’s Vineyard Airport, available portions of ~650 SF of exterior storage space known as the Service Court; ~284 SF of restaurant basement storage, ~100 SF of outdoor post-security space (covered and uncovered) known as “Gate Hold Room”, and 42SF of hallway space suitable for vending machines totaling ~2,676SF of space available for use as a commercial restaurant that provides restaurant food services on a year-round basis seven days a week. During the traditionally busiest months (typically June 1 through September 15), an abbreviated menu must be available in the Gate Hold Room area following all required TSA protocols. This agreement specifically does not apply to aircraft catering services.
