Specifications include, but are not limited to: MassWildlife is seeking qualified National Safety Council, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross (or Equivalent) Certified Instructor(s) to conduct periodic statewide CPR, AED, First Aid, and other OSHA recommended trainings to provide Commonwealth of Massachusetts staff with the skills to respond in an emergency. Class format may be either classroom, blended learning, or a combination of both. Large Group Format: MassWildlife is looking to contract with a single vendor to offer training to >50 employees from contract execution date through 06/30/2019. We anticipate holding a minimum of two Adult CPR/FIRST Aid/AED classes at our Field Headquarters located at 1 Rabbit Hill Road Westborough, MA before 06/30/2019 with an anticipated class size of 25-30 employees/class. Number of classes, class size, classes per day, and location may be negotiated upon contract execution to facilitate total training needs by the required delivery date and to provide best value to the Commonwealth. Small Group Format (est. <10/class): To facilitate employees not able to attend one of the larger group sessions, MassWildlife may have the need for additional classes to be held in smaller group format on an as needed basis. Location and class size will be negotiated with vendor to facilitate training needs. The primary purpose of this procurement is to provide Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED training to MassWildlife staff. MassWildlife may request additional training from awarded vendor(s) as need arises.
