Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall clean and disinfect all bathroom mirrors, fixtures, toilets, urinals, sinks, cabinets, walls, partitions, and shelves, personal products containers, soap dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, trash containers, and changing stations. The contractor shall clean, deodorize and disinfect all bathroom surfaces with appropriate products to remove odors, any accumulation of soap, hair, stains, or mildew present daily or more often as needed. 2. The contractor is required to clean and refill all soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper in bathrooms as needed. 3. Contractor shall empty all trash and personal hygiene receptacles and remove any trash items from toilets and urinals. Plastic trash liners shall be replaced daily or as necessary throughout the day. Any cardboard boxes shall be broken down prior to disposing in dumpster. 4. The contractor will mop and disinfect the floors daily or more often if needed. 5. The contractor shall pick up any litter and/or refuse in the area around the dumpster before the end of the each daily work shift. The dumpster lid is to be kept closed at all times. The contractor shall notify the building foreman or designee if overflowing trash might occur. 6. The contractor shall comply with the security procedures while working at the site. These procedures may include but are not limited to identification badges, signing in and out of the building, and adherence to no smoking regulations.
