Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DPW anticipates hiring four sweepers working in teams of two beginning on April 13th, 2020 since the sweepers will be working in tandem, the sweepers will be hired by the pair. The actual hours contracted will depend on what the Town can afford for its $84,200.00 budget. B. The Town of Barnstable will provide trucks for the sweepers to dump into. C. The Contractor is responsible for the disposal of the street sweepings at a DEP approved dumping site. All disposal costs shall be included in the unit pricing. D. The Contractor must provide the Town of Barnstable with proof of disposal form a DEP approved site before the invoice is processed for payment. No invoice will be paid without this proof of proper disposal in accordance with DEP regulations. E. The Town agrees to stock pile the street sweepings until the contractor can make arrangements for disposal for no later than 30 days at the conclusion of the street sweeping project.
