Specifications include, but are not limited to: One contractor based on labor rates and an established percentage mark-up on wholesale cost of parts for Energy Management Services as described in PART 1, for the following fiscal years FY20 (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020), FY21 (July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021) and FY22(July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022)with option to roll over for 2 more years. Also Mechanical/Pneumatic service and maintenance work, equipment, materials, etc., that may be required to provide mechanical/pneumatic control service and maintenance work in all of the listed district buildings (PART 2). The Successful Bidder shall provide seasonal startup/shutdown and preventative maintenance for all HVAC in the district, including calibration, adjustments, routine inspection/ system diagnostic and accurate recording of services performed on the Invensys Network 8000 and the new Invensys I/A LON based Building Automation Systems at the High School, Wixon and M. E. Small Schools. Dates shall be submitted to the facilities manager by July 31st of each contract year. (EMS-Part 1 Checklist) For winter months December through March a technician with a licensed journeyman shall be available to the district two days per week for emergency repairs and heating issues. Systems Support will be provided as requested by the Building operators at no additional cost by accessing Invensys DDC systems via school’s network to assist the customer with any or all operations and questions. The service is limited to the support of systems operation on the existing programs, database and system use.
