Specifications include, but are not limited to: Job Coaching Services Description Job Coaches will work cooperatively with the Job Developer, following the job developer lead to complete the goals and activities of each rotation. Job Coaches are responsible for training, problem solving and working with the Job Developer to develop systematic approaches for the interns to learn new skills. The Job Coaches must meet the host business’ expectations for standards of conduct and teamwork. The Job Coaches must also work closely with host business personnel to develop on-site supports on each rotation. The interns continue to acquire new skills throughout each rotation and job coaching needs will vary daily per intern, depending on when interns are working on new goals. Job Development Services Description Job Development services include all activities related to a search for competitive employment. Activities include, but are not limited to: Identification of job opportunities that match interests and abilities of the interns. Resume preparation and identification of job accommodations and support needs. Marketing the individuals to prospective employers. Facilitation of on-the-job training needs. Participate in team and individual intern employment planning meetings. The Provider Organization will be paid for Job Coaching Services rendered in accordance with a Cost Reimbursement Budget Line for staffing as negotiated in the Contract Agreement with MCB. Site Information and Schedules It is anticipated that at least two separate work sites in the Boston Area will be established by MCB. Additional sites should be established by the selected vendors in collaboration with MCB to create opportunities in a variety of industries. At least eight (8) MCB consumer Interns, with four (4) Interns per site. Multiple providers will be selected to serve these sites. The worksites to be considered are large organizations that presently employ more than 300 employees on site.
