Specifications include, but are not limited to: Employment-related background review services that will be used by the UMass Medical School. Vendors should provide the University, at a discounted rate and the ability to create bundled packages. Vendors shall also allow for a-la-carte purchasing of background checks. Vendors must indicate, in their response, whether or not they can provide, at a minimum, the following checks along with the cost per check. Social Security Number Trace/Validation/Verification Verification of education/academic credentials Verification of previous employment (7 Years of employment and up to 3 employers) Verification of licensure/professional registration Criminal/felony/misdemeanor background check
