The Upton Affordable Housing Trust (the “Trust”) is accepting proposals from qualified entities (“Proposer”) for the purchase and development of property owned by the Trust located at 28 Hartford Avenue North, Upton, Massachusetts (the “Property”) containing a parcel of land of approximately 0.69 acres shown on Assessor’s Map 204, Lot 25, and being the premises acquired by the Trust in 2017 by deed recorded with the Worcester South Registry of Deeds in Book 58277, Page 259.
