One 36” by 6’8” fiberglass, 6-panel door installed on end wall. One 24” PVC cupola with copper roof installed on roof. Roof framing to be 9/12 pitch, 2”x4” truss system with 8’x16’ loft at each end with 8’ center area open. Roof plywood to be 5/8” CDX plywood with 50- year architectural roof shingles in autumn brown color. Roof to have 12” overhang on front & back, 6” overhang on gable ends. Ends should have vents at peaks. Wall framing to be 2” X 4” KD 16” on center with 2” x 4” sill plate drilled and anchored into existing concrete pad. Walls to have ½” exterior CDX plywood with fiber cement clapboard siding, color to match other 2 sheds on Common property, with 5” reveal and wood grain surface. Interior walls to have 5/8” CDX plywood installed after electric lines installed by others. All exterior trim including fascias, soffits, corner boards, and freeze boards to be white PVC.
