Specifications include, but are not limited to: Programming and pre-design analysis; Investigating, surveying, and documenting existing conditions; Administering survey or testing services required by regulation (actual surveying and testing services are considered a reimbursable expense but included in the Soft Cost Estimate) Developing alternative design solutions; Code review and compliance Cost estimating; Design review and meeting with WHA staff; Meeting with local officials and regulatory agencies; Preparing design and contract documents; Assisting during the bidding process, including recommendation on award of the construction contract; Providing full/partial construction administration services; and Assisting with warranty and project completion.
