a. All wastewater chemicals go to the treatment plant on 100 Mullins Way in Hadley, Massachusetts. A loading dock is present for all chemicals. b. Polymer must be shipped in pallet loads of containers not to exceed fifty-five pounds (55lbs). c. Polymer must be granular, free flowing (no clumps)and dust-free when poured. d. The polymer must be dry high molecular weight cationic polymer normally used to thicken wastewater sludges. e. The polymer must co-thicken primary and waste activated sludges to greater than seven percent (7%) dry solids concentration on the plant gravity belt thickener. f. Polymer must be delivered in a plastic or polyethylene bag with a minimum 3mil thickness such that it is resistant to scuffing and tearing, or else delivered in a plastic bucket. g. If actual in-plant performance data is not available for the product submitted, a qualified sales representative must supply a sample and assist in running an in-plant trial to establish dosage rates and costs
