Specifications include, but are not limited to: ption to renew, any such option to be exercised following proper notice to the Contractor. 1. The work consists of provide all labor, materials, equipment and services for maintenance and monitoring services for intrusion detection for various buildings in the City of Chelsea. Buildings include card access control at exterior doors and some internal doors 2. The Company must demonstrate that it has provided intrusion detection system maintenance and repair and 24-hour monitoring services for at least five years. a. The provider shall be UL certified and accredited. 3. The City will make accessible for the Contractor the locations of all equipment during regular working hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays for maintenance and scheduled repairs. Special provisions will be made for access to perform emergency repair service only. 4. Service call slips MUST to be signed off by a City employee authorized to request service for that building. 5. The intrusion detection system and fire detection system at City Hall are integrated. Intrusion detection monitoring at this location will be performed under separate contract but all repairs, maintenance, and improvements to the City Hall door access system are to be performed under this scope.
