EOTSS seeks a vendor who can develop and implement a Salesforce technology solution that can successfully be used to manage the Background Checks intake process, which includes two digital front-end form solutions and associated back-end functionality to manage and track the background checks process. Approximately 2,000 applicants a year will be required to complete the background checks form. This procurement seeks Bidders who can provide professional services to develop and implement a Salesforce solution and partner closely with EOTSSto deliver a modern, user-friendly solution in an agile, iterative manner. Bidders must be comfortable refining requirements, making recommendations for business process improvements, and designing for a seamless user experience, e.g., rewriting current state form content in plain language, conducting iterative usability testing with real end users, etc. EOTSS will perform experience reviews and scenario-based walkthroughs of the solution throughout the project. EOTSS will sync with the vendor on EOTSS’ accessibility recommendations for Salesforce form components.
