Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must accept all solid waste including all non-processible and inert waste. The materials are separated as follows: (a) Wood, stumps, log material, tree branches, limbs, wood chips, leaves & grass. (b) Materials generated by routine street work, including but not limited to broken portland cement, asphalt, bituminous concrete, gravel and sand. (c) Street sweeping debris, which may include gutter rubbish consisting of but not limited to bottles, cans, coffee cups, napkins, leaves, etc. The fall months may include a high concentration of leaves. Street sweeping debris for the annual period December 1 through September 14 shall be defined as regular street sweeping debris. Street sweeping debris for the annual period September 15 through November 30 shall be defined as leaf season street sweeping debris. Each type of street sweeping debris shall be priced separately.
