The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies as may be required to perform an annual in-building, two-way emergency responder communication coverage system (Bi-Directional Amplifier) test and inspection, an annual preventative maintenance inspection, Two hour emergency response. Signal boosters shall be tested to verify that the gain is the same as it was upon initial installation or set to optimize the performance of the system. Backup batteries and power supplies shall be tested under load of a period of one hour to verify that they will properly operate during an actual power outage. All active components shall be checked to verify operation within the manufacturers specifications. At the conclusion of the testing, a report which shall verify compliance shall be submitted to the fire code official. All testing and inspections to the Bidirectional Amplifier shall be performed in compliance with the Boston Fire Departments (BFD) requirements for,The Installation of Two-Way Radio Communications Enhancement Systems. Annual maintenance visit shall include, but not be limited to the following: A. Uplink and downlink gain levels B. Uplink and downlink AGC levels C. BDA input level D. Battery load test and inspection E. Fire alarm panel link F. Donor cable and antenna inspection G. Distributed antenna system inspection H. Fire department voice testing
