Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1)Be in good standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a business/corporate entity and all bidders must includea Certificate of Insurance.(please provide with bid)2)Have all appropriate state certifications and insurance necessary for delivering Nurse Aide and Home Health Aide trainingprograms in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.(please provide with bid)3)Advise the WALC of appropriate industry requirements and expectations, as necessary, throughout the participant selectionprocess of each cycle.4)Establish an appropriate curriculum that is aligned with industry standards.5)Identify and secure all necessary and appropriate supplies and equipment for the training.6)Cover all trainee costs associated with participant training including instructor time, classroom location, textbooks,classroom materials, and at least one uniform for each participant.7)Provide classes on the following schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Classes need to start by the weekof October 28, 2019 and will run a total of five weeks. If funding allows, we will be looking to provide a second session offive‐week classes starting on February 9, 2020.
