PRODUCT: Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Waste Sludge COMPLIANCE: Total Solids, using Method: USGS I-3750-85 Residue, Total PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: 1% - 7% Total Solids Liquid Sludge. Chemicals used at the WWTP are hydrated lime for nitrification and pH control, liquid aluminum sulfate for phosphorus removal and polymer for sludge thickening. Trucked in wastes that are treated at the WWTP include sanitary septage and a jelly bottling facility's wash water and new brewery is planned at the same facility as the jelly bottling facility and we will be accepting the process wastewater when operation begins. ESTIMATED PURCHASE QUANTITY: During calendar years 2014, 2015 and 2016, we disposed of 3,276,000 gallons of waste sludge totaling 786.42 dry tons at an average of 6.09 percent solids. Typical order and hauling quantities shall be one 9,000 gallon load each haul.
