EOHHS seeks a Contractor to perform the responsibilities described in Section 3 to support individuals seeking certain LTSS programs by performing comprehensive clinical assessments for various purposes, including determinations of clinical eligibility, including for PACE eligibility, and the appropriate rating category for capitation payments to Health Plans for their Members. Through use of an IAE Contractor, the Commonwealth also seeks to: Support the establishment and administration of a centralized Referral and Assessment process that increases visibility and access to certain LTSS programs; provide unbiased information about LTSS Program options, allowing Members completing Assessments to make informed decisions about the LTSS program(s) that best meet their needs; increase efficiency of the Assessment and onboarding process for Members and coordination with programs and LTSS Providers; and promote program integrity and enhanced Assessment data quality through increased consistency in Assessment processes and Assessor training and oversight.
