Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The system shall offer flexibility for City staff and authorized subrecipients to configure screen layout and create customized fields, reports, programs, funding sources, and workflows. • Shall be cloud based with the latest and most modern security and access controls. • The vendor shall disclose how their software will interface with Microsoft Office Suite. • The system must be able to attach documents including Word (doc/docx), Adobe (pdf), Excel (.xlsx, .csv), Photographs (jpg, gif, tif). • High level of data security, integrity, loss protection, and backup. • Ability for integration with 3rd Party apps through an API, or direct integration, or power platform. • Email generation and calendar function; Email interface with City's system is required. • Ability to export data and documents on demand. • Mobile responsive designs. Provide mobile friendly web-based access for sub recipients and city staff. • Shall have an automated system timeout after inactivity.
