The Bid Document shall be filed in the office of the Procurement Department of the Commission prior to the time designated in the advertisement for the opening of Bids. THIS IS NOT AN ELECTRONIC BID SUBMITTAL. ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
