Specifications include, but are not limited to: Concrete Repairs – General: a. All concrete repair work involves removing delaminated and deteriorated concrete and replacing it with new repair material in accordance with the Specifications, General Notes and Drawing Details. This Work shall include shoring and formwork as required, saw cutting around perimeter of repair areas, demolishing concrete, cleaning and epoxy-coating exposed rebars, installation of new reinforcement and dowel bars, preparation of surfaces, resetting of existing drains as required, finishing and curing the specified repair materials, and all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings and as directed by the Engineer. b. Repairs at tee-to-tee flange connections and tee-to-beam/wall connections will be paid for as a total cost for the individual unit quantity work items from 3.1.A. 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 involved in the repairs.
