Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work includes providing all material, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the installation of new millwork in the proposed Courtroom and office areas. The work shall include coordination with other trades to complete the renovation of the building. The Contractor shall submit all applicable material specifications and samples to the County for review and approval prior to the start of the work. Work will be performed with the floor unoccupied with other trades working in the same area. Items to be built include: 1. Courtroom Judge’s Bench/Witness Stand and Admin Box 2. Courtroom Benches(Pews) for public 3. Basetrim and Doortrim for Courtroom. 4. Halfwall in Courtroom 5. Admin Desk 6. Cooridor Wall Counter Area 7. Shelving in Judge’s Chambers
