Specifications include, but are not limited to: Permits, approvals and cost estimate to construct the new lab facility. Obtain all required permits and approvals; 2. Permits to include mechanical, electrical & plumbing; 3. Engineer stamped drawings for MEP submission; 4. Provide mobilization and demolition; 5. Provide supervision; 6. Provide temporary trailer during construction period for plant staff to continue to perform daily lab work. The trailer should be a minimum of 8x32 office trailer to include electricity, lights, heat & AC. Contractor is responsible for electrical hook up to the temporary trailer; 7. Include HVAC type and requirements sized for whole admin building – Heat pump & air handle system with duct work; 8. Provide new tile over existing lab walls; 9. Provide cleaning and patching of existing concrete floors. Reinstall new (12"x12") ceramic tile to match existing within south side of building; 10. Provide new counter tops and three new sinks and lab rated cabinets (floor and wall); 11. Coordinate with plant staff (design & build) all colors of tiles, cabinets, what types, paints, LED lights; 12. Include all data wiring to lab computer; 13. Provide new aluminum clad replacement windows; 14. Provide insulation, as necessary, for energy code and replace all of doors and hardware; 15. Provide installation of ceiling grid and new tiles; 16. Provide new lighting (LED);
