Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.A current list of locations including the type and quantity of container(s) is included as Attachment A. Unit locations and quantities are subject to change based on demand and/or seasonal usage.2.The County will provide 55 gallon, metal containers for trash and recycling collection. There are two locations that utilize a locked compactor.3.Remove all trash and recyclables from designated collection points each visit; waste may not be left in the container. Area must be aesthetically pleasing to park visitors after collection. If required, all trash and/or recyclables within the designated area should be picked up during container collection.4.All trash and recycling containers will be inspected each time they are serviced for cleanliness, utility and safety and will be replaced, repaired or cleaned as required by the County. All containers should be free of graffiti.5.Contractor will notify, by e-mail, the designated contact of any ware or damage to the cans so that the County can replace them within 24 hours of discovery.6.When finished collection, gates should be left as they were found, i.e., locked/unlocked.7.Service schedule may fluctuate throughout the year. Upon a 24-hour notice, the County may increase or decrease the number of trash or recycling containers as deemed necessary.8.County will supply contractor with any keys or combinations to locks the contractor will need to access.9.Contractor’s personnel shall report any damages or abnormalities at the site to the appropriate County representative as soon as possible. This includes but is not limited to containers, gates, fields, and lots. 10.The Contractor must assign a Customer Service Representative to this contract in order to provide a central point of contact for the County.
