Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specifically, the successful Offeror will propose and implement a digital and social media strategy designed to attract and engage consumers to the website by fulfilling the following task: 1.Develop a short introductory video to be placed on the Quality Reports consumer website to educate users on the purpose of the website and how to effectively navigate throughout the site. 2.Develop and implement a short term (approximately six months) marketing campaign that will most effectively utilize the Commission’s limited resources to increase awareness and use of the Quality Reports consumer website. 3.Review and assess the Center’s current approach to use of social media and provide recommendations for enhancement. 4.The Offeror shall develop concise messaging for consumer audiences (i.e., sixth grade reading level) for all promotional materials.
