Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contractor shall clean storm water drain pipes up to 24" in diameter, by removing trash and debris that have clogged them, to allow storm water to flow freely. B. All services performed under this contract shall be completed in a first class manner to the satisfaction of the Agency Supervisor. All services shall be in accordance with the best modern methods and trade practices. C. The contractor shall provide all labors and materials for miscellaneous storm water related tasks, which shall include, but may not be limited to preventive maintenance activities related to storm water best management practices (BMPs). The contractor shall provide a brief quote at the City engineer request and shall only proceed with the work after receiving authorization from the City Engineer. D. The Contractor shall include two post cleaning photographs and both stamped with Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) coordinates and the date, of (1) the catch basin structure of the inlet and (2) the inlet throat and/or street grate. These photos must be submitted immediately after cleaning, through the approved data collection application used (Cityworks/Collector). E. The Contractor shall provide proper disposal of the dewatered trash and debris collected, and shall submit weight tickets to the City. These weight tickets must be submitted with each invoice in order for the Contractor to get credit for the cleanings. F. The contractor must familiarize in Cityworks work order management system which will be required to manage the workflow.
