Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bulk Hot Meals – meals prepared and ready to serve in group setting Hot Pre-packed– individualized pre-portioned meals Frozen Meals- meals need to be delivered in the frozen state. If multi frozen meals are ordered, contractor must ensure different menus for each meal in multi-pak. No frozen multi-pak shall have duplicated menu. Breakfast – Bulk and/or prepackaged following meal group requirements in section 3.2.10 Special Diet -Special dietary foods include products, which are specially processed or formulated to satisfy particular dietary requirements. These special needs may exist because of a particular physical or physiological condition and/or specific diseases or disorders. Examples of Special Diets include but not limited to Chopped, Soft, Pureed. Premium Meals – Bulk and/or Prepackaged meal that offers additional meal groups Chef Special Meals – Bulk meals that a portion is prepared on site for the enjoyment of the site participants
