Prepare the pavement overlay program, e.g., cut back shoulders, widen roadways, replace drainage structures and pipes, patch existing asphalt pavement, grade for and install curb and gutter, provide temporary pavement marking, reclaim shoulders, replace topsoil and sodding, install permanent and temporary signage. Reclaiming of shoulders shall be performed with a road widener as deemed appropriate by the Project Manager. B. Provide emergency and road maintenance services, including snow and ice removal services as specified in a separate section of this ITB, storm damage cleanup associated with storms, hurricanes, and other Acts of God. C. Provide major roadway repairs and improvements within Calvert County right-ofway, e.g., slope stabilization, storm drain structures and pipe replacement and repairs, manholes, catch basins and ditch inlets. D. Provide utility repairs as directed by Calvert County Government, e.g., sewer line construction or repair, trenching, backfilling and compacting, water main installation, hot mix, and hot asphalt repairs. E. Accelerate miscellaneous Calvert County Government capital projects as directed by Calvert County Government which are in the best interest of Calvert County Government, e.g., road work, building sites, parking lots, ball fields, streetscapes, and parks. This work may include grading, asphalt placement, concrete pavement and placement, fencing, topsoil, sodding, seeding and mulching, and structure demolition.
