Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.a PGCPS requests proposals for a Reading and English Language Arts and mathematics assessment that allows educators to accurately assess the PGCPS Reading and English Language Arts and mathematics curriculum, and Maryland College and Career Standards in Grades 3-high school ECAs. 3.b The Offeror shall submit a proposal for implementation and provision of ongoing services for a fixed Reading and English Language Arts, and mathematics assessment platform and shall include: 1. A user-friendly interface that allows for PGCPS staff with administrative rights to review items and item related statistics prior to the release to the ASR vendor. 2. Assessment design is aligned to research based best practices for assessment of student learning and includes a range of ability items to inform instruction. 3. A system that integrates with PGCPS data systems and the ASR vendor platform. 3.c The Contractor shall include the process for the license or lease of items developed and then approved by PGCPS to be used by the District for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor shall also include the license of items one year following the Contract end to ensure sustainability of the program during any transition period.
