Deliverables:Detailed project schedule of the tasks being performed by the consultant; the timeline shall also include: oIf BMC performs mapmaking function: Process for consultant sharing data with BMC for mapmaking and BMC sharing resulting maps with consultant for inclusion in AI. oBMC sharing results of: Analysis of current publicly supported housing that involves BMC’s Affordability Preservation Database, including maps, and Text for which BMC, local governments, or PHAs are responsible, such as progress on action steps from 2012 AI. oTimeline of payment for completed tasks and deliverables. List of stakeholders for individual meetings. Task 2 – Data AnalysisUsing HUD-provided data and readily-available and applicable local data suggested by stakeholders, produce the analysis called for in the previously HUD-approved AFH Tool for Local Governments and additional analysis suggested by stakeholders and agreed upon by the Fair Housing Group and BMC. In accordance with the AFH Tool for Local Governments, the consultant will analyze data related to: Demographic Summary Segregation and Integration Racially or Ethnically Concentrated Areas of Poverty (R/ECAPs) Disparities in Access to Opportunity, including: oEducation oEmployment oTransportation oLow Poverty Neighborhoods
