Specifications include, but are not limited to: Financial Analysis: The Contractor shall support subject matter experts in evaluating demographic, economic, and real estate trends at local, State, and regional levels. The Contractor shall provide financial advisory services pertaining to local and regional economics, fiscal and economic impact analysis, transportation economics, and economic and fiscal impact modeling. Appraisal Services: Real Estate appraisals are needed by ORED to determine the estimated market value of State owned properties. Most properties require two (2) fee appraisals to establish a just compensation. The appraisal report is used to assist in making a real estate decision. ORED may be considering purchasing, selling, insuring, or leasing an improved property or vacant lot.
