Prince George’s County, Maryland is interested in partnering with innovative and proven nongovernmental organizations to implement an enhanced housing and case management intervention. This intervention will serve 100 justice-involved individuals over a two year period to address their criminogenic needs through targeted treatment and wraparound case management support, along with access to housing subsidies that allow the person to live in housing that is conducive to their employment, educational, and treatment needs. The goal of this intervention, called Project RESTORE, is to reduce individual re-offending and minimize housing, health, and interpersonal vulnerabilities in order to improve personal well-being and reduce unnecessary and costly crisis system contacts.
