Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools and equipment for miscellaneous cleaning services at Public Parking Facilities. The work requires a significant amount of driving as the majority of the parking facilities are to be cleaned daily. Before the end of their shift, Supervisors must inspect each parking facility, including all levels of the garages, to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with the contract requirements. Services will be on an "as-needed" basis upon direction of the Contract Administrator or designee. All Services must be performed in facilities designated by the Contract Administrator or designee. Litter pickup, trash receptacle emptying and washing, sign cleaning, glass cleaning, spot hand mopping, guardrail spot cleaning, handrail spot cleaning, door spot cleaning, floor drain basket cleaning, elevator cabs spot cleaning, stairwells cleaning, striping, buffing, waxing tile floors, graffiti cleaning, sweep, mop, bathrooms cleaning, blood borne pathogens cleaning and other cleaning activities as directed. It is recommended that the Contractor provide at least four (4) 1/2-ton pick-up trucks, for performing the miscellaneous cleaning services. See paragraph 2.4.1 - Garage Height Limitations. 1.2.2.4 All equipment is subject to inspection and approval by the Contract Administrator. Such approval may require on-site demonstration of the capability of any proposed equipment at no cost to the County. 1.2.3 Service Facility: 1.2.3.1 The Contractor may be called upon to demonstrate evidence of the service facility to ensure facility cleaning service. The facility may be inspected prior to execution of the Contract or at any time during the contract period.
