Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.2 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, insurance, and supervision required to develop all video footage. 2.3.3 The videos shall include a combination of live action, graphical elements (including motion graphics and kinetic typography) photography, voiceovers, and music. 2.3.4 On location scripted production may be required. Shall be specified in PORFP. 2.3.5 Videos intended for public education shall include accompanying captioning files in English and Spanish. For other videos, captioning may or may not be required. The AOC shall provide translated scripts. 2.3.6 Videos may be embedded in in-person and online training events, distributed on DVDs, and streamed to statewide Court TV monitors located in courthouses statewide. 2.3.7 The AOC shall own the rights to all videos and video components under this Contract for use at its own discretion. 2.3.8 Each video topic may have its own look and feel, but all videos shall have a branding cohesiveness with the Maryland Judiciary (examples of Judiciary videos produced for public viewing include a guardianship orientation video and legal video series on Expungement and Child Custody.) . 2.3.9 The videos may range from 30 seconds to 180 minutes. 2.3.10 All videos in final mastered versions, including sound mixing and captioning files shall be completed by the required date as specified in the PORFP
