Specifications include, but are not limited to: A physician who is a member or employee of offeror will accept requests for consultation by telephone from staff of the State and local Public Guardianship Programs. The physician will respond to such requests within two hours of initial contact. Upon receiving a request from a Guardianship staff member, a physician who is a member or employee of offeror will contact the ward’s attending physician, other physicians and medical staff, and/or guardian’s representative as requested or appropriate to review the health care status of the ward. The physician will assess the client’s condition and report findings or recommendations to the State or local Guardianship staff by telephone within five working days.
