Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this bid solicitation is to establish an equipment bid with a qualified, experienced and reliable company or companies to provide kitchen equipment to be delivered and installed at Boonsboro Middle School. The kitchen equipment includes a Conveyor Type rack Dishwasher with cantilever 24 inch side loader and 21kw built in booster heater, (1) Ion Scale Preventer rated for 0.4 to 2.76 GPM, (1) Powered Tray Dryer, (4) each Blodgett Mark V-100 DBL Convection ovens, stacked (2) each. Each item is to be uncrated and installed via final connections. Dish machine install to include custom fabrication into existing clean tables, custom stainless fabrication to include 90o turn soil table side loader, and fabrication to incorporate existing vent cowl and soiled table. Convection oven to include removal of existing stack ovens. This will include delivery, off-loading and complete installation and set-up.
