Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Maryland Judiciary Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals from prospective Offerors to provide up to (1) one part-time long-term trainer to support the Judicial College of Maryland Department of Technology Education. The Contractor’s Resource (CR) will: • Deliver hands on instruction for commercially available but extensively customized software and hardware used for the Maryland Judiciary, including current and legacy versions of Microsoft operating systems, current and legacy versions of Microsoft Office, mobile devices, printers, scanners, etc. • Attend pre- instruction/deployment setup meetings and conference calls locally in Annapolis and in Maryland Judiciary locations throughout the State as needed. • Provide post instruction/installation/upgrade deskside support for all users. • Function as liaison between end users and Judicial College leadership and designated individuals, including help desk team, programmers, analysts, technicians, and project managers. • Provide phone/help desk support as assigned. • Assist with all functions necessary to create, edit, modify, produce, and disseminate instructional documentation as assigned. • Perform other functions necessary to support the mission of the Judicial College of Maryland.
