Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1.1 The Contractor shall provide qualified temporary staffing with a focus on Blue Collar, Construction and Maintenance (also referred to as “temporary” employees) as requested by the Department, for a specific job classification in a specific service area. The Contractor shall have experience working in a correctional setting. 2.3.1.2 The Contractor shall provide temporary staffing in the Jessup region. The staff will form a Regional Maintenance team, which will rotate between the following seven (7) facilities. Addresses for these facilities can be found in Appendix 3. a) Jessup Correctional Institution (JCI) b) Brockbridge Correctional Facility (BCF) c) Maryland Correctional Institution for Women (MCIW) d) Maryland Correctional Institution Jessup (MCIJ) e) Dorsey Run Correctional Facility (DRCF) f) Maryland Correctional Pre-Release System (MCPRS) g) Patuxent (PATX) 2.3.1.3 The Contractor shall supply the following quantities for each of required positions to be filled: a) Electrician Skilled (Two (2)). b) Plumber Skilled (Five (5)). c) HVAC Skilled (Three (3)). d) CMMS Administrative Support (One (1)). e) Facility Manager (One (1)). f) Temporary Inventory Team Staff for Phase I only (Four (4)). 2.3.1.4 The Contractor shall maintain a staffing level of at least 96% of the total staff required under this Contract and shall submit resume(s) that meet the minimum qualifications (specified in Section 2.3.3) for vacant position(s) within two weeks of vacancy to the Contract Manager for Approval. 2.3.1.4.1 Upon Contract award approval, the Contractor shall one (1) month to ensure all required positions are fully staffed.
