Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Provide customer support and stabilize the existing programs and systems used in the courts. b) Assist with obtaining requirements and changes, to analyze impact and effort. c) Provide programming expertise, as desired, to complete mandatory modifications to the existing programs/systems and to develop/implement interim replacement strategies. d) Provide on-site support for end users in the rollout effort for new applications produced from any interim applications. e) Able to make improvements to several specialty programs and reporting in the Courts. f) Strong knowledge of MS Office, understanding of networks, ability to quickly grasp functionality of new systems, and train others.
