Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide installation services being licensed in the State of Maryland; Contractor must meet all Construction Site Safety Requirements by the State of Maryland. Installation to begin on or about June 10, 2019 and expected completion on or about June 28, 2019. 1.5.2.2 A workday is normal business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with no weekends or overtime. The Contractor must provide all installation tools and delivery equipment needed for dock offload Caseworks, Systems Furniture, Electrical Components, Non-Power Classroom Tables, KI Amberg Desking, KI Connection Zone Desking, Metal Bookcases, Storage Cabinets, and File Cabinets Floor and elevator protection are required. See Floor Plans for further detail. 1.5.2.3 The Contractor will receive Caseworks, Systems Furniture, Electrical Components, Non-Power Classroom Tables and Metal Storage at UMBC. See Floor Specifications for further detail. 1.5.2.4 All trash and debris will be placed in a MCE provided trailer. 1.5.2.5 All excess component parts to be returned to MCE. 1.5.2.6 Any noticed damage of product when unloading needs to be photographed and sent to the MCE installation POC immediately. 1.5.2.7 Any vendor damages will be credited on invoice at replacement cost.
