Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is issuing this IFB to obtain a highly qualified contractor to provide General Plumbing Services at the Camden Yards Sports Complex in Baltimore. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment*, materials**, supplies, supervision, freight, and services as needed to: Perform general plumbing services and related repairs at CYSC including, but not limited to: Having access to a pump truck or use a subcontractor to take care of sewage and sand pits; Installation, repairs and/or modifications to water, sewer and drain lines ( ½’- 6”); Cleaning and clearing of drains; Note: Contractor shall own a water jetted machine capable of flushing debris inside of pipes up to 4”. Equipment shall be used by Contractors employees at no cost to MSA. Installation, repairs and/or modifications to stadium common plumbing fixtures in restrooms, kitchens, and concession stands to include toilets, urinals, sinks, drains, hose bibs etc.; Installation and testing of backflow preventers; Installation and repairs to gas piping; Pipe Insulation; Pipe heat tape; Contractor shall be able to provide preventative maintenance, repair and installation either through its own certified workforce or subcontractor for pumps and motors of various types, sizes and applications. Investigative camera services; and, Game day and event services- the assigned individual will be required to assist MSA in addressing any plumbing tasks that may arise during the course of the event. The majority of assignments consist of toilet and urinal fixtures requiring attention. The need for these services will be determined on an as needed basis.
