Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall: A. Pick up and dispose of all liter and brush prior to mowing. B. Mow all grasses. C. Use weed eater or other equipment where necessary for trimming around all objects within the designated area. D. Remove grass clippings and leaves from walkways and parking areas. E. Use mulch mowers within ten feet (10’) of buildings, walkways, and parking areas. F. Sweep or blow clear walkways and parking lots of any grass clippings. G. Provide chemical spraying at the Barstow Landfill only at the request of Calvert County Government. H. Report to the Project Manager any condition such as downed trees or limbs, erosion, or any other situation that may affect the performance of the Contractor’s services. I. Contact the Project Manager to arrange a new date in the event of inclement weather and no work or only some work could be performed.
