Description

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services include, but not limited to the following: a. Determine appropriate financial/ROI models and provide analysis with the pros and cons of each approach for efficient, effective, and sustainable self-supporting operations. b. Provide insight on, and methodology for determining minimum investment requirements and methodologies (i.e., tiered approach vs. front end approach.). c. Assist in the development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document, where needed. d. Assist in the evaluation for vendor proposals. e. Attend vendor presentations, and provide input. f. Participate in vendor site visits, and provide feedback. g. Participate in the vendor pre-proposal conference, and provide input. h. Assist in the selection of contract vendor/s. i. Assist in associated contract negotiations. j. Must possess resources that will be helpful during the RFP development, contract award, and contracting monitoring process.
