Specifications include, but are not limited to: Employees may be referred to the Contracted Agency, herein referred to as (CA) for a comprehensive workability examination. The exact content of such examinations shall be determined by the (CA), in consultation with the Designated College Contact, herein referred to as (DCC). Atminimum,examinations shall include the following:▪Personal health history. Medical screening (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.)▪Psychological evaluation psychological, emotional and/or cognitive abilities of the employee to perform assigned duties.▪Examination of general physical condition (respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, etc.).▪Evaluate employee’s medical capabilities and limitations with regard to the job duties of the employee’s position.▪If the employee has medical limitations that prevent the employee from performing assigned job duties, determine if the employee is medically capable of temporarily performing modified duties.▪Specify duty restrictions if any, estimated length of modified duty or determine that the limitations are permanent (i.e., the employee has reached maximum medical improvement).▪Estimate length of modified duty,or determine that the limitations are permanent (i.e., the employee has reached maximum medical improvement).
