Currently, Maryland Auto Insurance outsources their FNOL and Claims inquiries to a third party vendor. All bidding organizations should offer FNOL and claims inquiry phone services. FNOL’s are captured in Maryland Auto Insurance’s proprietary Claims system. Each FNOL takes between 7 to 10 minutes to complete with average monthly minutes utilized between 30,000 and 40,000. Most calls are primarily in English and Spanish with additional languages being required occasionally. Bidding organizations should offer 24/7 coverage. Special consideration will be given to vendors that offer a FNOL software solution only.
